The twelfth edition of the largest volunteer-driven public-private-people partnership clean up drive to address the issue of domestic waste choking water bodies will take place on Saturday, 11th March 2023 at 8 locations in Mumbai.
Empowering people to take an active role in the preservation and cleaning up of our coasts are important parts of helping in the conservation of the ocean and its biodiversity.
The exact details including venue, meet-up points and time will be communicated with volunteers post registration.
Beach stretches along Carter Road, Bandra Chimbai, Mahim Beach, Aksa Beach, Giragaum Beach, Dadar Beach and Powai Lake.
The clean-up activities will take place across 8 locations on Saturday, 11th March 2023 from 8:00 AM to 10:00AM
Clean-up locations include: Beach stretches along Carter Road, Bandra Chimbai, Mahim Beach, Aksa Beach, Giragaum Beach, Dadar Beach and Powai Lake.
Picking of plastic and other waste material as part of the clean-up drive.
Will to work towards cleaning Mumbai's coastline.
Water bottle, light snacks if necessary, appropriate sun gear.
1)Do reach on time and follow instructions given.
2) Wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
3) Wear cap, sunscreen, sunglasses
