Project Description
City Nature Challenge (CNC) is a global urban citizen science initiative, conducted annually and taking place over 4 days from April 26th - 29th this year. It is an inter-city competition that sees participation from across the world, wherein citizens from registered cities make observations in their own back yards or join us for nature walks and then upload their pictures on the iNaturalist app. Join us to make Mumbai reach the top spot in the challenge through - maximum participation, highest number of observations and diversity of species! Volunteers will be oriented and trained to contribute to the global biodiversity data, which forms the basis of successful conservation planning and action.
