WWF-India along with Godrej & Boyce Ltd. is looking for passionate volunteers to join the Magical Mangrove Movement – Phase 5 for the protection and preservation of mangrove forests. An awareness and engagement programme to understand, save and protect mangrove ecosystems across mangrove forests in India which are imperative for the survival of communities and populations, living in areas along the coast. Volunteers will carry out a series of awareness sessions and other activities such as quizzes, trails, etc. to increase conservation awareness around the mangrove habitat, among youth and various public communities for a period of 6 months. An expert orientation & training session will be organized in providing complete knowledge to volunteers regarding the subject along with a toolkit which will include the content required to conduct the awareness sessions. On successful completion as a Magical Mangrove volunteer, certificates will be provided.
