International Tiger Day, also known as Global Tiger Day, is an annual observance that shines a spotlight on the critical issues facing wild tiger populations. The day aims to raise awareness about the threats tigers encounter in the wild, including habitat loss, poaching, and illegal trade. It also celebrates the ongoing conservation efforts and encourages collective action to protect these magnificent animals and their natural habitats. We are planning to conduct a three-day event at Periyar Tiger Reserve from 27-29 July 2025 with diverse awareness campaigns.
