Celebrating Wildlife Week 2025

Project Description
WWF-India, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh State Office (MPCGSO), in collaboration with the Madhya Pradesh Forest Department, is celebrating State Wildlife Week 2025 from 1st to 7th October at Van Vihar National Park, Bhopal. As part of the Children, Youth and Citizen Engagement initiatives, MPCGSO is organizing a series of debate competitions to encourage critical thinking and dialogue on pressing conservation challenges. These include: 1) School Debate Competition: “Development is possible with Wildlife Conservation” 2) College Debate Competition: “Urbanization and Co-existence of Wildlife is Possible” 3) Teachers’ Debate Competition: “Tourism in Forests is Helpful in Wildlife Conservation” Through these platforms, young minds and educators will exchange ideas, share perspectives, and explore solutions to balance human development with the urgent need for wildlife protection.
